Canvas Support has contacted me to say that many of our users continue to use the Internet Explorer 11 browser. Canvas is planning to deprecate support of IE11 at the end of July 2019. Like now, that browser will still work, but Canvas will not guarantee full functionality of all the features.
Users should not be using Internet Explorer anyways; Chrome is the preferred browser for Canvas. Please pass this info on to students.
